They can also update customers with our latest products and offer both OEM & ODM products. The team co-ordinates client requests through different company departments and factories to form a project time frame thus creating a better customer service.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
We understand how valuable today's competitive market for product development is and offer full confidentiality when a customer approaches us to manufacture a design. Additionally, our engineer and design team will aid in the development of products right from the preliminary specification drawings through tooling to final prototype. This helps in preventing any unforeseen technical production problems. An aspect our company holds true is the importance of upholding intellectual property rights.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturer)
Our research and development team constantly review market trends in order to develop innovative lifestyle products. These items are offered to our clients, displayed in our showrooms and our exhibition booth during trade fairs.

OBM (Original Brand Manufacturer)
Brand identity is very often overlooked by small to medium size enterprises that are not willing to invest in their own packaging. We offer our brand designs as an "off-the-shelf " packaging service to clients who want something different. With our branding we have inspired companies with the development of their own packaging concepts together with feasible cost effective packaging structures.

Packaging
Our in-house art department oversees customer-packaging requests. This involves supplying die-cuts to customers for their own designs, following right through printing and delivery to our affiliate factories for product packing. 

QA (Quality Assurance)
To ensure every product reaches customer expectations we have a team of professional inspectors in Ningbo and Shanghai who inspect the products before shipment is made, minimizing rejection of products. 

Shipping
With different requirements of delivery we provide a prompt logistic service for our clients. By working closely with our factories to monitor production schedules we can coordinate delivery of merchandise to client nominated freight forwarders. In addition we offer to consolidate merchandise loaded by LCL or FCL shipments, ensuring cost effectiveness.
